DOMESTIC MEAT PROCESSING $300 MINIMUM:

·         BEEF - $2.00 LB. (coming soon)

·         PORK - $3.00 LB.

·         LAMB -$3.00 LB.

·         GOAT -$3.00 LB.

 

WILD GAME PROCESSING $300 MINIMUM:

·         WILD BOAR - $3.00 LB.

·         VENISON - $3.00 LB.

·         ELK - $3.00 LB.

 

PACKAGING:

·         ALL MEAT WILL BE LABELED AND WRAPED IN CELLOPHANE WITH WHITE BUTCHER FREEZER PAPER AROUND IT.

·         ALL GROUND MEAT WILL BE IN APPROXIMATELY 1 LB FREEZER BAGS.

 

OPTIONS:

·         ADD PORK OR BEEF FAT TO PRODUCT - $4.00 LB.

·         FRESH SAUSAGE - $4.00LB. (SEE SAUSAGE PRODUCT LIST).

·         SMOKED SAUSAGE - $5.00 LB. (SEE SAUSAGE PRODUCT LIST).

 

UP-CHARGES:

·         STORAGE FEE - $25 PER DAY (PICK UP MEAT WITH IN 1 DAY WHEN CALLED).

·         DIRTY ANIMAL WASH FEE - $25 (USE TARPS TO KEEP MEAT CLEAN).

·         BONE DISPOSAL FEE - SMALL ANIMAL $25 LARGE ANIMAL $50 (OPT OUT TAKE BONES HOME AND THROW IN GREEN WASTE).

 

NOTE:

·         REQUIERMENTS THAT ALL WILD GAME MUST HAVE!

·         DRIVER LICENSE OF HUNTER.

·         HUNTING LICENSE.

·         HUNTING TAGS.

·         CALIFORNIA REQUIRED ANIMAL CARCASS IDENTIFICATION.

·         IF THE PROCESSED MEAT IS NOT PICKED UP AFTER 10 BUSINESS DAYS YOU WILL HAVE FORFEITED THE MEAT AND IT WILL BE DISPOSED OF. YOU ARE STILL OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR THE PROCESSED MEAT AND THE DISPOSAL OF THE PROCESSED MEAT.

·         ALL PRICING IS IN CASH THERE WILL BE A 3% CARD TRANSACTION FEE.
